I’m thrilled to announce that M. Allyson Szabo’s long-awaited cookbook, Cook Small, Live Large! is now available on Amazon in paperback! (A Kindle version is coming soon.) This is the perfect companion not only for van life and tiny home living but also for singles or couples who just don’t want to prepare large meals or spend money eating out all the time.

Yes, I’m shamelessly promoting my friend’s book, but it’s more than just that. She literally wrote this book for me. I’m not kidding. It started as a series of notes and conversations when I suddenly found myself traveling alone two years ago, with little clue about how to feed myself without a microwave. She realized that she could make an entire cookbook out of it, and this is the result. It’s also the book that I spent a few days editing earlier this month. While it’s certainly her book, it’s something I’ve touched personally and professionally as well. Finally, this will become a reference for me as I continue my journey and have time to expand my improved yet still limited cooking abilities a bit.
I’m really excited for this. I know many people I’ve talked to about it have expressed an interest as well, which is why I’m putting the word out far and wide, as quickly as I can.
