This is another low-quality “I’m still alive” post, since at least a couple of readers were genuinely concerned about me when I didn’t post for several days in a row last week. (Thanks for your concern!) I’ve 100% recovered from being sick, but now I’m trying to dig out from the pile of work I didn’t get done last week while I was sick and had no brain for it. Of course, two of my side gigs have asked me to do things for them at exactly the same time. Isn’t that how it always works? I’m not going to say no to more money, though.
I’ve had time for a couple of short motorcycle rides, including a surprise trip to jump-start Kristi’s car that turned into a fun dinner together last night, but that’s been the extent of my adventures since getting back to work. And really, I don’t have time to write elaborate posts about those smaller adventures at the moment. Right now I’m working toward two goals: get caught up on work, and then get back on the road. It’s time to roll.
