Last December I got together with Christian from Different Media, and we shot a van tour video for his channel. That video just went up today.
If you’ve been following along here, there’s nothing in this video you don’t already know. It’s a good tour of my previous van at its peak, in its ultimate configuration, as I lived in it this past winter in Quartzsite. The second half is an interview where I answered some rather interesting questions. If you’re new around here, this might be a good way to get an idea of how and why I left the “American Dream” and ended up living on the road instead.
While I’m focused on building out the new shiny Smokey II right now, this is a good way to remember Smokey I. It wasn’t that long ago that it was my ultimate van living machine, and this is how I’d like to remember it and the two years it served me well.
